We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of tours listed on the Platform, as these are provided by third-party operators.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the courts of New South Wales.
